Extra bed and children policies:
- Extra bed consisting of a floor mattress, will be charged 1,200 THB/per night including breakfast.
- No additional charge for child under 10 years old when sharing parent’s bed, maximum 1 child per room.
- Baby cot is free of charge.
- Room rates are applied per night for single or double occupancy, except Royal suite (quadruple occupancy).
- Breakfast is 350 THB++ (if not included in room rate.)
Check-in/Check-out policies:
- Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- Check-in time is 14:00 pm.
- Late check-outs are subject to availability and must be arrange before your check out date. There can be costs associated with late check outs.
Gala Dinners:
- Gala Dinners are not compulsory.
Booking and deposit policies:
- To secure the booking send us a deposit within 24H; the deposit by credit card guarantee the total balance has to be settle the day of your arrival during check-in.
Cancellations policies:
- Free Cancellation – If cancelled 7 days before your arrival.
- Cancellation notice less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking price.
- Early check-out will be subject to admin fee and one night charge cancellation fee.
- No show 100% will be charged for entire stay.
