Extra bed and children policies:

* Extra bed or the third person will be charged 1.200 THB/per night including breakfast.
* Children under 12 years old sharing parent’s bed is free of charge.
* Baby cot is free of charge.
* Room rates are applied per night for single or double occupancy, except Family Suite and Royal suite (quadruple occupancy).
* Breakfast is 290THB++ (if not included in room price.)

Gala Dinners:
 
*Gala Dinners are not compulsory.

*New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner 31/12/2014. Price: 1,990 THB++


Booking and deposit policies:

* To secure the booking send us a deposit within 24H; the deposit is usually 30%of the total room rate, the balance has to be payed the day of your arrival during check-in.
* During peak season, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Cancellations policies:

* Cancellations 15 days prior to arrival date will receive full refund of your deposit less 10% admin fee.
* Cancellations within 15 days before arrival 'no deposit refund'
* Early check-out will be subject to admin fee and one night charge cancellation fee.
* No show will be charged 100% of the booking.
